Returns & Refunds Policy
In accordance with applicable US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations and the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (ICFA), 815 ILCS 505/.
1. Return Window
Noem Brands offers a 90-business-day return window from the date you receive your order. You may return any eligible item within this period without needing to provide a reason, provided all return conditions below are met.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal and Illinois state public holidays.

2. How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team at info@noembrands.com or via the return form at noembrands.com, providing your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1 to 3 business days with confirmation and return instructions.
- Once confirmed, securely repack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached and ship to the address provided by our team.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange as outlined in Sections 4 and 5.
3. Return Conditions
Clothing:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and brand labels must be attached and undamaged.
- Items must be free of stains, marks, alterations, and odors (including perfume, deodorant, or smoke).
Footwear:
- Shoes must be returned in their original box, undamaged and with all original tissue paper, laces, and accessories included.
- Soles must show no signs of wear, scuffs, or outdoor use.
- There must be no crease marks on the toe box or any other evidence the shoes have been worn outside.
All items:
- The return request must be submitted within 90 business days of receiving the order.
Items not eligible for return:
- Garments that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Footwear with sole wear, outdoor scuffs, or missing original packaging.
- Items with removed or damaged tags.
- Customized or personalized items made to the customer's specifications.
- Final sale or clearance items, clearly marked as such at the time of purchase.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, Noem Brands will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Original outbound shipping costs will not be refunded in cases of voluntary returns, unless the entire order is returned due to a defect or error on our part. Please allow 3–10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you need a different size or would like to exchange an item for another style, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Noem Brands covers all return shipping costs.
- Voluntary return or size exchange: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@noembrands.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Include photos of both the product and the packaging.
Noem Brands will arrange, at no additional cost, the shipment of a replacement or, if unavailable, a full refund including original shipping costs.
8. Product Warranty
All products sold through noembrands.com are covered against manufacturing defects — including faulty stitching, defective closures, sole separation, and material failures — under applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws, including FTC standards on merchantability and the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, alterations, or misuse.
9. Cancelled Orders or Out-of-Stock Products
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, Noem Brands will notify you by email, cancel the order, and issue a full refund within 14 calendar days via your original payment method.
